Moreover, User Passwords are encrypted and protected with hashed symbols, and is not available in its original form to any hacker even if accessed fraudulently. We have TLS/SSL software, which encrypts information you input, and also facilitate secure transmission and to ensure security of your data.
The data available in the account or profile gets deleted at the direct request of the user. The user can make a request for deletion of data on support@iterms.ai or delete them in your personal account.
We have in place these security measures but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service on our behalf. We don’t share all your personal information with third parties. iTerms offers you the ability to use your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins) in order to register you on iTerms. When you register to use our services through it, we will receive certain information through Facebook or Google as applicable to your method of registration. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.
We will have access to these information in accordance with the authorisation procedures determined by such platform and we will use the information only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Website. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
